Ayurveda is considered by many scholars to be the oldest and effective way of treating problems, in the Sanskrit language, the term Ayurveda meant to be “The Science of Life”  Ayurvedic knowledge came in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often called the “Mother of All Healing.” Earlier people don’t feel confident about ayurvedic medicine and treatment, but now scientists have proven that ayurvedic medicines and treatments are good and effective. It is very good and safe to use, the ayurvedic medicines don’t have any side effects on the body and can be given to anyone, as every other medicine are not suitable for everybody medicines must be given according to the age and body type but ayurvedic is for everyone.

Ayurveda places good emphasis on preventing and encourages the maintenance of health through complete attention to balance in one’s life, right thinking, diet, lifestyle, and the use of herbs. Knowledge of Ayurveda enables one to understand how to maintain this balance of body, so now everyone who trusts the ayurvedic treatment prefers it and also suggests it to everyone, so we should trust these medicines at once and try to prefer our own medicines.
